I Had the misfortune to book a car from hotel to airport using "resort care " ( thats a joke in itself) going home from benidorm The agent booked it as am and not pm as requested i went into office to politely explain and was subjected to abuse the "supervisor" was incredably rude i have never had the pleasure of being so insulted she was shouting and bawling honeslty i could not believe it All i said was obviously theres been a simple error can you please reschedule well she went into this torade and said our bookingw as fullfileld as the taxi had been at our hotel am ..the english girl on desk was visibly embarressed I said i was not accepting the situation as it was nor the abuse i was tol to come back at 12 the manager would be in I went back manager didnt have the good manners to come speak to me the same english girl at desk said manager said if i paid half of call out charge they had to pay the booking would still stand or i could go elswhere I reluctantly paid I would definitley avoid these people the supervisor has no respect for herself let alone customers the rescheduled taxi turned up and he was an absulute gentleman could nto do enough for us and was the most pleasent car journey ever but i would NEVER use RESORT CARE again
