After dealing with this company, I can only conclude that they make the most of their profit fleecing people out of charging for unnecessary bits of material and labour. I had hoped that this would not be the case, but after contacting their office and treated as so much a child, I have come to the realisation that I am simply out several hundred pounds, and must now look for another company to complete the job correctly. Horrid experience.
