Review about Robins & Day Citroen Hatfield
If I could rate them Zero Star, I would. The service of Robins & Day Citroen Hatfield is absolutely shambles. We have been waiting for spare parts for the air con of our C4 Grand Picasso for the past 1 1/2 months. Our car has been in and out of they services department approximately 4 times with the promise that the parts would have arrived but nothing. Most of the time we don't even receive a phone call to update us on what is going on. So I call and there seems to be only one guy responsible for these issues, Ramone. He is always with customers and it's very hard to get hold of him or anyone else who can help. AS a last resort I contacted CitroenUK via twitter only to be told they (customer relations) would look into that. 10 days later still no answer - they also didn't get back to me. I just had enough, I am getting rid of this car ASAP. I wouldn't recommend the car because of the (lack of) services. And a word of advice: stay away from Robins & Day Hatfield, they are useless!
