This is really disappointing to know, and I will be taking business elsewhere from now on. I have never had a bad thing to say about this company until now. They’re charging way too much for the service that I am receiving, but they don’t seem to want to fix it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this company until they sorted out their scammy business practices. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Take your money elsewhere where they’ll respect you and give you a better deal.
