I’m no software engineer, but it can’t be that difficult to write code for an online service to take credit cards. Services whose software doesn’t work after repeated emails makes people angry. I’m going somewhere else.

I only get one out of about every three items I order. They're usually either out of stock or shipments to go missing for some reason. How in the world does this keep on happening?
