I was a little surprised by my first foray into using online services. The reviews called them all kinds of nasty names and accused them of fraud and theft. I looked around for another like it, and found one whose reviews weren’t so bad. My first try will be my last, I assure you. While it wasn’t theft or fraud, it was maddening. Items that don’t arrive when you want them, or at least a week late suddenly made me understand the reviews. I don’t mind a little late, but a week when it should have only taken a couple days is a little much. Goodby, service.
