I delivered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day on the Monday (May 8). My mom never received her flowers and so i called your customer service. I was connected to a woman who was both unhelpful and unsympathetic. She gave me an incorrect tracking order and told me she could not track my order and I would have to contact UPS. I called UPS and they verified that the order was delivered to Wisconsin. This didn’t seem correct so I called UPS customer service and they told me that my tracking order was incorrect and that there was no shipping address on file with my information. I then recalled your customer service after speaking with my mother who was very upset and angry about your delivery service and cancelled my order and asked for a refund. When I asked about my order to the next worker, he was easily able to pull up my order status, unlike the first woman. He told me that my order was in the shop and not delivered when I asked why, he had no answer for me. I asked him why they never sent me an email or called the number they had on record and again he had no answer. This was probably the worst service I’ve ever had and really ruined Mother’s Day for me and my family. I go to school in Northern California, while my family resides in Southern California and I did not get to go home to celebrate with my mom. As a way to show her I care i bought the flowers with the expected delivery between the !3th or 14th of May and, instead, I receive no flowers and a very upset mom. Not only did this ruin my mom’s day but it was a huge hassle for me to deal with and I will definitely tell many of my friends and relatives about this awful experience I had with your delivery service. On such a special day, no mom should have to go with flowers from their child or loved one!
