Well when the service wasn't completed when promised I thought I'd allow them a few days grace, after all, life happens to us all. It became very obvious after a short while that they had no intention of contacting me to explain or rearrange. When I did finally get in touch with them there was no apology or anything! Just a bunch of lies about how they'd been trying to get in touch with me for days, complete lies! I had no calls, no messages, nothing. When I insisted nobody had tried to contact me they became very nasty, so unprofessional. In the end I cancelled the service and had to threaten legal action to get my money back. What a nightmare!

Truly, I think I have not seen any better than this. They have been persistent in their service and quality. A 5 star would not be enough for them; I think we should give them more for their commitment.
