I used this company last season, and the service was great, so I called again. The second job was lacklustre to say the least. They are notably expensive, so you expect consistent service, but that is not to be the case. It appears that the service you do get depends on the quality of workmen sent out. As a company, they offer no standards, so you do not know if you will receive slip shod work one visit, and excellent work the next. For lack of constancy, I will not be using them again.

The process is drawn out and intricate to get more money from you and make you think they are doing more work than they actually are!
