I shop online every day. I love it. No lines, no fussy cashiers, no belligerent people in line. So it was quite a shock to me when my account was debited for something I hadn’t ordered. I contacted the service and was told that I had indeed ordered their services. I asked them to message me the order screen. They did. I was open-mouthed in shock. I told them, crying, that I hadn’t ordered. They soothed me and said that they would refund my money. They never did. I now have a new bank account. Keep a tight eye on your bank account, and don’t trust this service.

Because of theft in my neighbourhood, I switched my delivery address to my PO Box address. The company still continues to deliver my packages to my physical address, even though I changed my address months ago. Sometimes I receive my packages, sometimes I don't. I keep getting told that the address will be corrected, but it never gets changed.
