I can understand how on a computer system one can’t see one’s customers. It’s thus easier to insult and alienate them. However, that’s not how businesses succeed. Get rid of your rude customer service personnel and your business might succeed. I’m not using this service ever again.

Out of all the companies that I have hired, this is the one that is worth it.
