I am waiting on hold yet again, trying to figure out why my bill has extra charges on it. I have been overcharged at least every other month, and I am sick of it! I am practically paying someone's house payment!

I had a problem with this service and I couldn't find the answer online. I called customer service. They actually said "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" Biting my tongue, I asked for help. "You need to visit our website." When I explained that I had done that, he told me he had no idea how else he could help me. Who hires these idiots?
