If you are looking for a quality cigar shop in New Orleans, stay away from La Habana. It has the feel of a Russian mob bar and the cigar selection is limited, if not pathetic. Cigar prices? $32 for a $16 Avo. This could be a great shop, but ownership/management is catering to drunk 21 year-olds. So if you are an adult who is used to frequenting a quality cigar shop, then you will want to avoid La Habana.
