I ordered a medium American hot, thin base, jalapenos, onions & large meataliscious. When I got there, I took the order home to find that the sizes were swapped round. I complained & 'Monish' who was on the phone after it rang for nearly 2 mins, said to "come back in 7-8 mins". I got there, he said "check the new order before you leave", but then I found that the size pizzas were right as I'd ordered, but now the bases were swapped round!!? I complained again, reaching my limit & the had to haggle almost to get my order right, which when he read back to me as he put it through the til again, he actually read it back to me wrong, again!!!"?? I couldn't believe this!? The staff were in the kitchen, laughing & joking, I actually heard one complain! I left him with the right order, got him to read it back to me & he finally brought it out to my car! Disappointing service, not fast food at all, & for the prices & mess about, I'm surprised I didn't get the order half price, as I also wasted fuel coming back & fourth!! (Anyone got the number for pizza hut?!!)
