Is it just me, or is the whole industry of service going downhill? Signed up for this service online. The people they sent to my home to perform the service were curt, stopped just short of rude, and stopped just short of doing the worst job in the history of this service. I’m so tired of services not being good quality services. I work hard, and my money should go to someone who cares about my business and does a good job of it. I deserve that much, and I will never use this service again.

This company is very slow at processing returns. I return items within a week, and it often takes two to three weeks or more for that credit to show up on my account.
