I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. The customer service rep that I dealt with was rude and unaccommodating. While trying to find an appointment time that would work for me, the rep became agitated. Just because the first few appointments that she offered didn't work, she actually yelled at me. When I asked a question about the service, she got angry and told me to ask the tech when they arrived. She seemed that she didn't want to be bothered with me or my business. Thanks to this young lady, this company has just lost a loyal customer.

I couldn't have asked for anything better. The item arrived in great condition and even quicker than I expected.
