Bad business etiquette all around. The workers arrived later than arranged, and proceeded to unload their tools onto my freshly cleaned oriental carpet. Before I knew it, they had placed their bits 'n bobs all about, with no consideration of the possible damage they could have done to my carpet or flooring. I rang up customer service to lodge a complaint, but they said there was nothing that could be done, as these were independent contractors. Not happy with this experience, and will not use again.

As a manager myself for a high-end company, the service at this shop towards the customers was disgusting.
