First I want to say that I never leave reviews but this experience was so awful that I had to write a review. I ordered flowers and balloons to be sent to my daughter's school for her birthday. The website guarantees delivery by 2pm. They were not delivered. I called to cancel the order and they said they could not refund my money. All they could offer was a $15 credit. Finally I agreed to have them delivered to my house but they could not guarantee the time of arrival. Since we were leaving our house to go out for my daughter's birthday I asked if they could be delivered somewhere else and they said they would have to get back with me over email to confirm. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. If you value your time and money do not use this company.
