Being a retired marketing executive, I did not know that a company (a going concern) could act like, we would have a better time if customers did not continue to interrupt us. The service advisor (Louis Baca), could not be more contemptuous of my questions and said he did not have time to answer them, but look on line. The parts guy gave me the impression that I was interrupting his coffee break. This is a company, who does not have a clue about the old adage...I am the customer and you are NOT. Do not do business with these people...can you trust them when they harbor this kind of attitude to do a credible service job.
