Placed an order, tomorrow will be 10 days ago and I still haven't received it. Used the contact form on their website as annoyingly there is no number to call and received a reply telling me everything is fine their end and I should just wait. Called a number for Shopify which was advertised as a UK number but got through to Canada! When I mentioned Cocoalocks the telephonist had no idea who they were. Left my details with her to investigate further.. Next stop, retail ombudsman
