I had a few questions, and I was getting nowhere fast with the person who answered the phone, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. The first time I asked was 45 minutes into the phone call, and this representative REFUSED to get their supervisor to help with anything. After 15 more minutes of alerting this person that I needed a manager, they hung up on me! Then when I called back, nobody would answer! I have been trying to call back for two days and still no reply!
