Review about Comerica Bank
I complained to a manager, that after 15 years I was suddenly charged for web banking when I have direct deposit. The manager at the Westland branch was very rude and said fine I'll take it off.....but she also shut down my web banking with $2000 coming out of there the following day. all my payments bounced because she shut down my web banking. I called corporate and they said they would fix it and after spending the entire morning on the phone they said it was fixed and I could logon. after I hung up I couldn't logon so when I call corporate again they said that it been fixed and I should be able to logon in a few days meanwhile my credit record report is going to be damaged I will owe hundred in fees and everyone I had set up for automatic payment was lost do not bank here also I had an overly rude bank manager saying I understand what you're saying but I is looking at yo account and and they ain't nothing wrongs. You is logging in wrong on yo computa Ms. Anderson. I said look I need someone who can help me and she said I is tryin to help you but you has to calm down if you wants mys help..... WHAT!! I'm trying to work and I'm losing more money than she probably makes in a month all because of this idiotic manager shut off web banking KNOWING I had bills coming out!! These dumb people have access to your account who can do things like this to you just because they're having a bad day so I recommend that you go someplace professional if you have real money. Also customer service never called me back the last time so I am waiting until Monday when I can go down and I've got to take a day off to try to transfer all my funds to another bank and find out exactly what went wrong in my account so that I can get a letters from on Corporate explaining that they hire idiots and it was not my fault and then there's the whole credit reporting to deal with.
