Service isn’t hard to provide. Quality customer care shouldn’t be something that you have to fight for, and these guys really made me mad. All you have to do is be nice, just be nice and things can go smoothly, but nope, this company has really outdone themselves in being lousy. I don’t trust them.

They sent me the completely wrong package, and it was such a hassle to get a return and refund!
