I reached out to customer service 4 times before I finally received a Unacceptable Answer. After only 11 days my bag I purchased from the company was tearing and falling apart. Customer service basically states they do not do refunds or exchanges.Customer service is a joke. Company is Rip off . DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS!!! Cheaply made products and they don't stand behind their products. They come from China. So buyer beware. If you buy any of their products and they don't last within a couple days of purchase your stuck with a piece of junk and wasted Your hard earned money.
