Review about Hadiyas Essence
I ordered a hamper after seeing great reviews on Instagram, I messaged the number with my query. Her initial responses were friendly, she knew what she was talking about. Once i ordered a couple of months went by so i messaged her for an update. She didn't reply so i messaged again, she sent me a royal mail tracking number, i checked it online to see it said invalid number. I asked her again and she claimed it was already delivered and to check at the post office if not, however I own the local post office therefore i know it wasn't delivered. When i spoke to her again she said she will check. Again another month went by and i messaged again asking for an update or i request a refund. She said she will process a refund but then started telling me all these things like she will have to fill out a P#### form etc and she can't do that until this information comes back. Which i know is ridiculous and makes no sense, considering i also run a business and if i transferred you the money you could also just transfer it back. I sent her a message saying i am really appalled with this customer service, i am asking where my goods are that i have paid for are and she isn't even responding to which she sent me whatsapp voice notes that were really rude. In the end i did some research, found out her business address, i then wrote to her saying she must refund my money as my goods weren't received in the time stated as a customer, and i have evidence of all messages and her address so she needs to issue me a refund or i will take it further. Within a week i received a hamper of products to my post office in which i checked the tracking info on the label saying it was posted 2 days beforehand...clearly showing she was lying the whole time!! I don't think she is a scammer as some people are receiving products and i am sure her products work. However she really needs to work on her communication skills if she is going to run a business and be honest with customers if she is having problems with deliveries etc. At least then it is up to the customer whether they are willing to wait weeks/months or not.
