Who is in charge of this company and why is it so hard to talk to them? I tried to speak to someone who was a manager yesterday because the customer service representatives could not really help me. However, after hours of waiting yesterday, I hung up my phone in frustration because a manager never came to the phone and I wanted for 2 hours. That is unacceptable.
