I don’t expect any customer service experience to be sublime or anything special, but I expect it to be at least cordial and satisfactory. It wasn’t even that in this case. The first time I called, I was put on hold by an automated service and never actually got on the line with a real person. The second time, the representative that I spoke to was dismissive and didn’t seem to listen to my problem at all. The representative I spoke to on my third call was nice enough, but he wasn’t much help. Thumbs down for sure.

I was in out of town and purchased a beautiful product I received an unsurpassed product with this company, and I am so happy.
