I chose to contact them a few weeks ago after I heard such glowing responses about them. I guess that the full moon was out because my experience was one to forget. They showed up much later than they stated, and they misplaced all of my items. I contacted customer service to tell them what happened, and I kept getting the dial tone each time

I could not believe how quickly this item arrived. Customer care was amazing and the quality was definitely there too.
