I ordered a bottle of beyonce heat perfume for my partners birthday from a company on Amazon i was charged in total £13.27 despite the perfume was only £10.83 The price was not a problem they took the money before i received the item But then i get an email saying it was delivered it was not the company say the Royal Mail are at fault but have still not refunded my money and wont untill they have as they put it put claim into royal mail so im left out of pocket because they took money before i received the gooda and i had to go and purchase again the item i wanted elsewhere i would not reccomend this company to my worst enemy let alone a friend.
