Our flights, transfers and hotel were booked with alpharooms. However, 2 days later we found out that they'd experienced some system issues and as a result our hotel booking hadn't been processed. We simply ended up with nowhere to stay which is simply not acceptable. I won't rely on this company to organize my travels ever again!
