This company is a high end consumer product company. I found what I wanted for ages and purchased it. Payment went through and waited and waited for the product. I had to contact the company on several occasions to find out where my product was only to be told that the product was out of stock. One eternity later .... Broken goods, damaged box why would I want to received goods in this condition?!
