I don’t like doing business with companies that don’t stand beside their product and services. If you don't have faith in what you’re trying to sell, then why should I? Trying to have a simple service fix shows that this company has no idea what they’re doing and that they know nothing about their own production. Please fix this and learn more about your own product.
