Expecting the delivery van to have turned up with my goods. Stayed in all day, still had not turned up. Spoke to the company and they told me that delivery will be here but running late. Thought noting more of it and just carried on. Delivery arrived and the driver who delivered the goods was rude and very unprofessional.

Obviously companies don't care about their reputations anymore. Not only is their service overpriced, they employ the rudest employees they can possibly find. Is it too much to perform as advertised, as well as being treated as a fellow human being? I don't think so, which is why I am not going back.
