We bought a home from Toll Brothers only to find out as we move the the process we have bought a home where EVERYTHING is an upgrade. Once you enter into a contract, they got you. Say bye bye to your deposits. On our frame walk through, we saw things we didn't order and charged for. Some of these items weren't even code and needed to be removed. Then overhearing a conversation with the Project Manager, he basically called me a liar. Run away, go somewhere else and buy. Do yourself a huge favor and don't buy a Toll Brothers house.
