I thought rude treatment and ugly words were confined to taxi drivers and bouncers at clubs. I guess online services have their share, but that doesn’t mean that I have to patronize them. Your service personnel are the meanest I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with in an online service. They’re bad news; get rid of them and you might save your business.

I am never one to really take to heart the reviews of other people because sometimes they are one-off experiences that aren’t accurate representations, but in this case, I should have. Do not give them the honor of your business.
