I went to aldo to buy a pair shoes today with my kids . I saw some shoes that was perfect to go with a dress I bought earlier in Hollister to wear to my little cousin first birthday party.anway I was waiting for the shoes but it took too long so I said I could wait any longer. I entered the shop with the Hollister bag with my dress inside but forgotten it on the chair I was waiting on for my shoes .after leaving the shop 5-10mins later I realize and went back to get it. when I mention my bag one of the shop assistant said she knew what I was talking about and suggested that someone new about it so I should wait they would go and check for it for me. Then they came back said they could find it,if I was sure I left it there I ask if they have cctv but a lady said they didn't and the assistant that said earlier she new about my bag came back with a different story and it didn't include my dress in my bag. I felt so disappointed and upset to know my beautiful day out with my kids end with such a disappointment and sadness
