When your favourite online service suddenly dips in its quality offerings, it surprises you. They sent me, instead of what I ordered, an item that was entirely of another genre altogether. I called the service’s offices to find out why. They had no explanation, good or bad. I asked them to send me what I had ordered. This item hasn't arrived yet. Now, I don’t mind a joke, but I do mind when my usual ordering process is sidetracked.
