Review about T-Mobile
T-Mobile sold me an iPhone 6s that lasted me a pretty good amount of time and normally had no problems with the phone. Recently my phone has been dying on a high percentage so because they couldn't fix it my insurance covered a new one. I went to go get my new one and they had me reset my phone & then tried giving me a phone that would NOT even turn on, let alone charge. So after that she refused to give me the exchange because she said there was a "water speck" on my screen. BUT THE PHONE HAD NO WATER DAMAGE. The company said it had something to do with the software and to back to the store to get the new one. I go BACK to the store for them to tell me they cannot give me an exchange because SHE CANCELLED MY WARRENTY. I then call T-Mobile support and they agree to send me a new one directly to my house which was great. Then I try to sign back on to my iCloud to restore all my things and EVERYTHING is gone , and no one knows how to retrieve it. I can't tell you how furious I am right now. I have been passed around to several people who have no idea what the fuck they're doing.I PAY EXTRA A MONTH TO HAVE MORE ICLOUD STORAGE SO WHY ALL THE SUDDEN EVERYTHING IS GONE? It does not make any sense and I want nothing to do with T-Mobile. They make nothing easy.
