Why is everyone that works for this company so sour? They didn’t even want to help me with a simple service upgrade, but these people work off commission I think, and they have to make sure they sell service to get paid. You’d never know it with the attitudes they give you. They seem so lackluster. I don't know if I want to continue doing business with these people.

This is what our culture has come to; we are content to accept mediocre service because it is convenient. Well, I’m not buying it. Literally. Put in a little work and find a truly reputable place. I’m sure there are a few still out there, but this is not one of them.
