My daughter can't write this review because she's too upset. Do not ask for balayage at this salon. She even took photos with her and Charlie could not reproduce the image. She also charged as a consultant for a cut and blow when she was obviously not that experienced. My daughter worked in a friend's salon when she was a student so she does have some knowledge of hairdressing. Yesterday evening she was inconsolable.
