Review about Spar Ireland
I purchased a SIM card from Lyndsey at the Spar in Terminal 2 for 25 euros. When she gave me the SIM card the packaging was open. When I asked about it I was told that was how they all were. At that point I requested a receipt to which she gave me. I walked away put the SIM card in and took a bus into the city. Once I got on the bus I took my phone to make a call and noticed two text messages stating that I needed to add credit. I took out the instructions and followed the instructions to call in for a balance. The recording stated that I had no credit and that I should immediately add credit. When I was given the card by Lyndsey she told me that I had unlimited calls in Ireland and 35mb of data. After carefully looking at the SIM card packaging I realized that the PIN had already been scratched off and not by me. Lyndsey in effect stole 25 euros from me. I have called the number on the receipt five times and five times I have received a recorded message. I left a message and no one has returned my call. I am not certain whether this was a company policy of defrauding the customer or whether Lyndsey did this on her own. I am very disappointed and angry.
