The staff at this company did not live up to my expectations. I expected the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. Well, they were extremely rude. I must also mention that they were not able to give me a direct answer about their service. Why would any company allow inexperienced or untrained people handle customer service calls? It doesn’t make sense. I cannot recommend this company to anyone
