I am a professional and when you have ordered something online you expect a prompt delivery and one without any complication. In this case I was very wrong. Oh yes I got a delivery but it was not what I ordered. I managed to get the delivery driver back and asked him to return the product. He tutted and huffed about me being fussy and that this was the correct product. I told him to return the product as it definitely was not what I ordered. Never going to order again from this company if their drivers are rude and ignorant.

I’m not a big fan of people who try to pull one over on customers and that describes everyone I’ve interacted with from this company. They only care about money and will try to sell you services you don’t even need. They are swindlers in every sense of the word.
