I bought an S160 unit which turned out not to be fully compatible with my VW Tiguan. We I returned the unit for a refund, the manager asked me to ship it back to China via USPS and that they will reimburse me for the shipping expenses. Although they reimbursed me for the cost of the unit I was never reimbursed for the shipping cost of $109.30. Ai asked the company seven times for the reimbursement but they became silence. So far I have not been able to recup my money, therefore I just want to share my experience so other people would not fall in the trap by this dishonest company. Also beware that this company is just a shell for a business out of China. They do not stok the products in the USA and they lie to customs about the value of the unit being imported into the USA. Stay away from these crooks!
