You would think ordering a product on line would be easy. Saw a couple of items that I had my eye on for ages. Ordered them and then had problems with the online paying system. The online company had problems accepting the payment and there was no one to talk to for assistance. You would think as they are an online company they would have their site working properly.

I won't ever deal with these people again. Is it too much to ask that people do their jobs, the ones that they are being paid for? I was completely ignored. When they could finally be bothered to help, they acted totally uninterested in serving me. To top it off, they got it all wrong!
