It does not take a university degree to simply deliver an online service’s service. All it takes is reasonable intelligence, and knowing where the download key is. I should not have to message the service I hired to instruct the brainless customer service worker how to deliver their wares. Go back to school and learn something useful. Incompetence loses customers, fellows. You’ve lost me.

I called them a few weeks ago to have them refund my money, almost a month later and I'm still waiting for my supposed call back for them to fix their mistakes.
