I was shocked at the course material provide, lack of respect for my questions and concerns. Instead of resolving the issues I brought forward, they immediately refunded the course without my consent "kicked me out". The power point used appeared to be grossly outdated with either links to outside sources not working or not to be found. Data in the power point was covered up by misplaced images, and the professor and ironically the president of the institute made no efforts to rectify the issue and provide the appropriate course material. It's only assessment of your progress is to give a weekly test of 12 questions that are random and often not relevant. This course would not in any way prepare someone to be a Certified Trauma Professional. In fact, I feel it would be dangerous to give someone that title after going through this course.
