I originally brought the privacy screen protector for my one plus 9 but unfortunately, I didn't know that the finger print wouldn't work. I then contacted the seller which was so helpful and kind enough to send me 2 other reg one for the price I paid for the first one which was very nice of them . Excellent products, quality is great and customer service was excellent!! Very happy customer 😊
