I was waiting at home for the delivery of something necessary I had ordered online. I was told it would be there on a certain date and time. When I called to ask why it wasn’t here yet, I was told in a rather rude fashion that they couldn’t predict to the day when something would arrive. It finally did arrive, but was defective. I ordered a replacement, which was also defective. This service is the pits; don’t use them.

They have good customer service and the entire experience is just great. My mom loves them and so do I we are a family that trusts your service.
