My friends told me that the service was awful, but I didn’t want to believe them. Now, I’m a true believer. The staff didn’t bother to help me, I had to figure things out on my own, and just wanted to bang my head against the wall. I am appalled that the customer service is so lousy, as they should be wanting more consumers, not just driving them away. I’m done.

Whether in this life or your next life I swear you have to use these guys. They have such an experience that you cannot afford to miss.
